Today was flea market day. We skipped on going to a restaurant for breakfast, found an alternate route that avoided the traffic jams, and lucked out with a parking spot right in the middle of things. After 4 hours of wandering (with brief stops for lunch and, later, something to drink), we probably only saw about 1/2 of the booths. But after a while they all start to look the same. We did find some decent prices and made a few purchases.
The market grounds were busy, but not as packed as the RV show tent had been. Much easier to move around, plus we were outside. If you are into beads and jewelery making, this looks like a good place to come. There were lots of booths selling beads and all the paraphernalia you need to make necklaces and bracelets and whatever. And there were some true flea market vendors - the guy who brings all his old tools and workshop junk to sell. The rock and gem show is also going on, so there were lots of tents set up selling all kinds of fascinating rocks, and things made from rocks, and lots of polished stones. An interesting time.

We headed back to the RV and I opted for a nap, which took me through to almost sundown. Hope I don't have trouble falling asleep tonight. Nothing going on in the Park tonight, so we're researching our next stops and watching some TV.
Until next time dear followers, if swimming is so good for your figure, how do you explain whales?
